Carreira N 24 in one of many Lisbon's narrow streets

Situated in the extreme south west of Europe, bathed by the wild Atlantic Ocean from North to South. A beautiful country where its tradition and modernity blend in perfect harmony. Mild climate, superb cuisine, fine wines, and Fado (its traditional music) and much, much more.

A country that has been hidden from the tourist's eye for long time but not any longer. By now, many have explored, and fell in love with it.
I am half Portuguese (my mother's side), and German/Canadian (my father's side). I have been living and later visiting Portugal several times per year. Traveling from starting point Lisbon to many cities, North to South, each city offers lots of leisure activities and a unique cultural heritage.

I have many stories documented in film and digital, ready to be edited. But, it takes time, between exploring different cities, taking photographs, and then saving them for "when I've time" is only half the job.
Many artists have shared their time and passion letting me photograph part of their lives. I have made many friends through my camera.
